                 In this years, most of the children like eating junk foods instead those foods are healthy. But try to think of it?Are the junk foods healthy? 
                 For me, it's not healthy, because other junk foods had too much salt, some are also had too much sugar. If our body has too much of salt we can get illness like kidney stone and U.T.I.Also if our body had too much of sugar we can also get illness like diabetes and that is the one difficult disease in our country.
                 So, If we want to become healthy, lets eat vegetables and fruits everyday. And also have a exercise. Health is one of our wealth.
